Inside this short guide I'm going to show you step-by-step how to make money on Digistore as an affiliate marketer.
Digistore is one of the biggest affiliate marketplaces in the world. It's a marketplace where you can find products that have affiliate programs––you can join the affiliate programs of your choice and then easily promote their products and earn a commission from them.
(You also have the option of selling your own product on Digistore as well. But in this guide we're going to primarily focus on affiliate marketing.)
It’s one of the easiest ways of making money online and inside this guide I'm going to walk you through the steps of how to use Digistore and how to get started making real money.

Because you don't have to create a product; you don't have to deliver the product; and you don’t have to be an expert. You can simply promote and share someone else's product as an affiliate and earn a commission from it!

Inside Digistore
Once logged into your Digistore account, you’ll see the dashboard.
In this section you can see your weekly sales snapshot. These are the sales that you're generating on a weekly basis. You can also see your affiliate commissions day-by-day and in total.
You can also choose how you want to be paid, and how often. Digistore has some of the most flexible payment options of any online marketplace. So you always get paid on time.
How To Choose A Product To Promote
Let me show you the Affiliate Marketplace.
This area is where you can find products to promote as an affiliate marketer. There are many products available for you to promote in many different categories and niches.
You could search by typing in a keyword or a certain niche and find products there. Or you can browse the different product categories on the left side of your screen.
We often recommend that you pick a niche market you have an interest or a passion for and then find products that you can promote within that category.
Some products are going to have better marketing than others, and thus will make you more money if you promote them.
To identify products that sell very well and will have a higher probability of putting cash in your bank account, you can sort the products by Sales Rank.

We suggest that you promote products that you believe will have a positive impact on your audience. If you’re passionate about it, then that belief and confidence will make you much more effective when you promote it.
For example, let’s say you wanted to promote a product in Fitness & Health. You might be thinking, “I love health and fitness. I work out every day. I take good care of my health. Maybe there's a great product here that I can benefit from and I can also share with my audience.”
You would just go to the Fitness & Health category and find a product that interests you.
Here's a little tip for you:
The three biggest niches to build an online business around are: Health, Wealth and Relationships. That means if it has anything to do with becoming healthier (weight loss, fitness, etc.), becoming wealthier (making money, investments, internet marketing, etc.), or building better relationships (dating, personal development, etc.)––you have a better chance of making good money.
How To Actually Promote A Product (“Offer”)
Okay, let’s say the name of the product you want to promote in Fitness & Health is called the Fat Shrinker Fix.
At the bottom of each listing you’ll see a lot of information that looks like this:
This information tells you the average order price, the commission percentage you’re set to make, whether it’s a recurring billing product or not (where you make money every month), the sales rank, and much more.
We’ll get back to what each of these means in a moment...
But first, let’s take a look at the links to the right of this info: Sales page and Affiliate support page. The sales page is the page that your audience will see when they click your affiliate link. The Affiliate support page is where you can get more information about the product, your affiliate links, and ready-made creatives like emails and banners that you can use for promotion.
The marketers on Digistore are incredibly smart. They give you these tools to make it easier for you to promote their products. They test everything to make sure that it actually works. So you don’t have to reinvent the wheel when it comes to promoting their offers.
Now let me break down how you actually make money on Digistore so you get those fat commission checks that every affiliate marketer loves.
How To Make Real Money Promoting Products On Digistore
The “promolink” is the most important factor when it comes to you making money as an affiliate on Digistore. All you have to do is add it to the pages where you want to promote a product.
When customers click on the promolink, they will be taken to the vendor’s sales page. The promolink then sets a “cookie” that is valid for 180 days and thereby gives you credit for every purchase made.
Let's say for example you're doing a promotion on your Facebook page. Then you place the promolink on the Facebook page or in the FB ad. When someone clicks on it, and they purchase the product, the promolink tracks the last click.
If they buy the product you automatically get the commission. That commission will then be updated in your “Business Cockpit” dashboard inside Digistore.
In the Business Cockpit you'll be able to see how many people clicked on the promolink and how many people actually purchased the product. So Digistore tracks everything for you. And it's your choice on how often you get paid commissions for these purchases.
Cool right?
And just remember, when someone clicks on the promolink, if they don't buy it right away––that's okay!––because it automatically cookies that link and tracks it for 180 days on Digistore. So if someone doesn't buy right away and they buy 125 days later, you still earn the affiliate commission!
So hopefully this makes sense and kind of gives you an idea of how Digistore works and how you can find products to promote and make money with.
Of course, you could browse through the Affiliate Marketplace all day and find products that will make you money. However, the key is to find one or two products that you want to get behind. Products that you can create a lot of content for. Products that you're excited and passionate about promoting.
